Delivery Area

We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland only.

Processing Time

All items are handmade with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order before shipping. During peak seasons or for custom pieces, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Method & Time

We use An Post for all deliveries.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping on all orders over €90.
• For orders under €90, a flat shipping rate of €11 applies.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Local Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local pickup.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
