Where we deliver

Right now, we ship within the Republic of Ireland only.
We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!

Processing time

Each piece is lovingly handmade, just for you. Please allow 1–3 business days before your order is shipped.
During busy seasons or for custom designs, it might take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

How we ship

All orders are sent via An Post.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info, so you can follow its journey to your door.

Estimated delivery time:
🕊️ 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders over €90
• Orders under €90: flat delivery fee of €11

Local pickup

We don’t offer local pickup just yet — but we’re always happy to ship your order right to your doorstep 💌

Damaged or missing items?

💔 Oh no! If something arrives damaged or goes missing, please get in touch within 7 days of expected delivery.
We’ll do everything we can to make it right 🌿

Returns & Refunds

We truly hope you’ll love your order — every piece is made with care! But if something’s not quite right, no worries — we’re here to help 💌

Changed your mind?

If you ordered a ready-made item, you can return it — just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.

Here’s how it works:

• Send us a quick message at hi.flov.ere@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
• Pop it in the post within another 14 days.
• You’ll just need to cover the return shipping.

Refund

Once we receive your return, we’ll take a quick look to make sure everything’s in order and let you know as soon as it’s been approved 🌼
If all’s good, your refund will be on its way — straight back to your original payment method — usually within 10 business days.

Just a heads-up: banks and card providers can sometimes take a little extra time to process refunds on their end.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund and you still don’t see it, feel free to reach out at hi.flov.ere@gmail.com — we’ll be happy to check in on it for you 💌

Custom orders

Items made especially for you (custom or personalised designs) can’t be returned — thanks for understanding 💛
Of course, if something arrives damaged, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Something wrong with your order?

If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing (oops — we’re human!), please let us know within 7 days. A photo helps us understand what went wrong, and we’ll either send a replacement or refund you in full.

Need to cancel?

Changed your mind right after ordering? No problem — just get in touch within 12 hours and we’ll cancel your order before it goes into production.
